Il campeggio è ben distribuito e presenta una buona privacy tra le piazzole, che si presentano ampie e ben organizzate. Inoltre il campeggio offre svariati servizi per tutte le tipologie di clienti, il che ha reso molto confortevole il nostro soggiorno.
In generale il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L'unica osservazione sulla struttura è relativa ai bagni: potrebbe essere utile aggiungere cestini all'interno delle singole toilettes, soprattutto per i servizi femminili.

L'unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato nell'assegnazione della piazzola, nonostante l'ottima distribuzione, era essendo situata sotto diversi alberi popolati da piccioni, abbiamo dovuto ogni giorno pulire più volte la tenda e la macchina dalle loro evacuazioni, ma di ciò non se ne può fare una colpa alla gestione del camping.

Not happy, we booked in October 2025 . Asked for a river side pitch with shade due to having a tent. When we arrive we had a pitch which was in full sun. We asked to be moved we were told you were full even though there were 2 pitches empty one was empty for 2 days then only had a over night stay on it and was empty again for 2 days the other was empty for 3 days so we thought that was totally unreasonable. Toilets and showers were not a 4 star but a 2 stars until when the caravan club arrived your showers were cleaned. And a lot of people said the same and like us they will not return.
Listen to what customers ask and when you have a pitch for overnight stops and other people want full shade you would think you would offer it to them.. Sort your electrics out, it goes off every night . We cannot even cook properly.

We would like to clarify that when you booked in October 2025, you did not request a shaded pitch. Your booking request was for a quiet pitch. If you wish, we would be happy to send you a copy of your booking confirmation. Regarding the empty pitches you noticed, a pitch may appear available, but this does not necessarily mean it can be reallocated. Guests all have different arrival and departure dates, and we have to organise the campsite accordingly. Sometimes a pitch remains empty for a short period simply because the lengths of stay do not match, or because it has already been assigned to an upcoming booking. Concerning the sanitary facilities, we are aware that our main sanitary block is showing its age and a complete renovation is already planned for 2027. Our cleaning team works throughout the day, regardless of which guests are staying on site. It's not easy to give a deep clean when the site is always full. As for the electricity, the power cuts were unfortunately caused by one or more guests using prohibited high-consumption appliances such as electric vehicle chargers, air fryers or electric barbecues, which overloaded the network. We understand how frustrating this was and did our best to restore the power as quickly as possible each time.

Camping très qualitatif, emplacement de camping semi ombragé très agréable en temps de canicule et une équipe sympathique. A un pas de la Loire et des petits marchés, nous avons apprécié pour venir faire du vélo, pour la piscine et le cadre. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans hésitation car très proche de chez nous
Un distributeur de savon dans les douches Petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais le matin ou fromage blanc yaourt en plus.
Grand espace agréable pour avoir la tente et la voiture et aussi de l'ombre en pleine canicule

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre emplacement semi-ombragé, particulièrement apprécié pendant cette période de canicule, ainsi que la piscine, les balades à vélo et la proximité de la Loire et des petits marchés. Venus en famille et ami, pour participer à Anjou Vélo Vintage. Camping bien situé pour cela. Avons pu profiter de la piscine afin d'estomper l'effet des fortes chaleurs, ressenti aussi dans les mobil homes. Nous serions prêts à y revenir, nous aimerions dans l'idéal retrouver des logements toilés à la location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay , the tranquility on site, its position in relation to the village is fantastic! Plots are generous and mostly offer both shade and sun. We are returning later in the summer. Particularly appreciated that the toilets were seperate ie… one for women..one for men!!

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la situation du camping ainsi que la piscine, qui est effectivement très appréciée lors des fortes chaleurs. Concernant la climatisation, nous avons fait le choix de ne pas équiper nos hébergements de climatisation pour des raisons écologiques et de sobriété énergétique. Situés au cœur d'un espace naturel protégé, nous essayons de limiter au maximum notre impact environnemental tout en préservant le cadre exceptionnel qui nous entoure. Les températures de plus de 40°C que nous avons connues cette semaine restent heureusement très exceptionnelles dans notre région. Nous espérons néanmoins que vous avez passé un agréable séjour et profité de la beauté de la région.

We're sorry that you didn't have the opportunity to get out on the Loire or hire a canoe. Unfortunately, canoe hire is not available directly from the campsite, but there are several providers in the surrounding area offering activities on the river. Regarding the ice, we understand that having ice packs or bags of ice available can be useful, especially during hot weather. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service on the campsite, but we appreciate your suggestion and will keep it in mind for the future. We hope to welcome you back to Montsoreau soon.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased that you enjoyed the location of the campsite and the spacious pitches. Regarding the restaurant, during your stay we experienced exceptional temperatures of over 40°C. For the comfort and safety of both our guests and our kitchen team, we decided to offer a special heatwave menu rather than our usual hot dishes. As for pitch allocation, we unfortunately cannot allow guests to choose a specific pitch number, as we need to manage arrivals, departures and the different sizes of vehicles. However, we always do our best to take our guests' preferences into account. Finally, we understand your comment regarding the pool. Additional parasols have already been ordered to provide more shade around the pool area, but unfortunately they had not yet been delivered during your stay.

Avec les fortes chaleurs de ces derniers jours, un peu plus d'ombre est parfois appréciable, surtout en tente. Malheureusement, durant votre séjour, le camping était complet et nous n'avions pas la possibilité de proposer un changement d'emplacement. N'hésitez pas à nous indiquer vos préférences lors d'un prochain séjour, nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour en tenir compte.

Regarding the restaurant, during your stay we experienced exceptional temperatures of up to 42°C every day. For the comfort and safety of both our guests and our kitchen team, we decided to offer a special heatwave menu rather than serving our usual hot dishes. That said, the menu was carefully prepared and the dishes offered were not simply basic salads, but freshly made meals designed to suit the extreme weather conditions.

Een heel mooi ingerichte camping gelegen in een leuk klein dorpje. Vriendelijke ontvangst en mooie ruime plekken. De camping heeft een heel mooi zwembad. Verder geen opmerkingen.
Jammer dat op een aantal plekken waaronder de onze geen goed zicht was op de Loire. Dat was vanwege het struikgewas dat te hoog opgegroeid was. Als dat struikgewas een beetje gesnoeid zou worden is het helemaal oké.

Regarding the view of the Loire, we completely understand your comment. Unfortunately, the riverbanks belong to the French authorities and are part of a protected natural area. We are not allowed to cut back the vegetation ourselves and could face significant fines if we did so. Love this site, its geographical position, the services and animations. Did a wide ne tasting excursion. Learned a lot about the local wines.
Customer service when asking for help
Good size, water close and close to amenities
The electricity tripping off in the evening (possibly because people charging their cars/bikes or using their air conditioning). This is not a new problem. It was happening 2 years ago when we came last. Also the amount of bird poo on our caravan and car was awful.

Regarding the electricity, unfortunately the power cuts are indeed caused by a few guests using prohibited high-consumption appliances such as electric vehicle chargers, air fryers or air conditioning units. When this happens, the network becomes overloaded and trips. As we live on site ourselves, we are affected too, and each time we do our best to restore the power as quickly as possible. As for the pigeons... they certainly enjoy our beautiful riverside location as much as our guests do! Unfortunately, they can sometimes be a little too generous with their visits. Quick check in - able to squeeze us in for another night. Dog walk. Location and amenities not far from the site.
Starting to look a bit uncared for. Pitches are basically bare earth. Hedges are battered in some places and it's starting to look like a place where there is permanent campers.
Pitch was good size. Easily accessible. Good access to the walk along the Loire and into town for market and bread. Restaurant on site and always good.
Pitches need some maintenance. Trees need trimming and dead small branches dropping onto motorhome. Another pitch we stayed - could smell the toilet waste cleaning area. Lots of pigeons who pooped a lot on van and windows.
Thank you for your feedback and for extending your stay with us. We're pleased that you enjoyed the location, the riverside walks and the easy access to the village and its amenities. Regarding the pitches and the grass, we are currently experiencing an exceptional heatwave and, unfortunately, the grass is suffering too. We are also under water restrictions, which makes it impossible to keep the pitches as green as we would like. In addition, the campsite has been full almost every day, with some guests staying for several weeks, which naturally puts extra pressure on the grounds. As for the trees and pigeons, being right on the banks of the Loire means that we share the campsite with plenty of wildlife. We do our best to maintain the trees while preserving the natural environment that so many of our guests enjoy.
