Very high standards as you become accustomed too. No snack shop or restaurant due to being mid September (missed the fries and mayo)

The water tap was very forceful and we got soaked a few times filling our bottle.

The heated outdoor swimming pool - warm enough to swim even when the weather was grey/cold. The friendly staff at reception, the bread and baguette service, availability of electric bikes to rent. Nearby canals with excellent cycle paths.
Adjustable height showers in the mobile homes would be nice for smaller people. The snack bar closed completely about a week early ☹️
Clean, well equipped, comfortable.
No kettle provided.

The site overall is spotless and amenities are good however disappointed that the restaurant closed and take out service also closed when the site was still taking bookings the staff are lovely and approachable however the manager is very unapproachable and prickly

The quality of the surface would need attention as some of the pitches are quite muddy.
Hello Desmond Lee, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. In fact, all our pitches are "Grand Confort" with water and electricity. Our outdoor maintenance team works hard all year to maintain each pitch with care. As you say and unfortunately, this year the weather has not been good and some pitches have been muddy sometimes. My husband and I have been a few times now in our Motorhome and absolutely love it here. The facilities are fab, clean showers etc, very helpful reception, the pitches are a lovely size and are well separated with greenery. The restaurant and bar are a great place to meet people and the staff are lovely and helpful. The surroundings are very well kept. You can cycle all over the place from here too, we found the most amazing route from De Logis to Combourg
Unfortunately this time around found dog mess on our pitch, saw some on another pitch and my husband stood in some somewhere else. This is the first time however we have seen this

Loved the hedged pitches. Electricity great as it never went off. A heated swimming pool, lovely. Fantastic cycle paths along the canal.
Cleaning duties could be better. Small pieces of toilet paper beside bins in the shower area, it sat there for days. A cigarette butt outside reception area, sat there for days. Small details but important ones.
Great sized pitches. Good idea to let customers pick their own pitch.
Falling chestnuts abit dangerous but that's nature. Communal toilets, didn't like the urinals in view.

L'environnement et le site
L'accueil pas très chaleureux, mais le ton semblait plus aimable avec les Anglais nombreux sur ce camping. C'est le premier camping où je fais un tel constat, il faut juste changer la personne de l'accueil. Nous sommes venus passer un week-end en famille comme nous le faisons tous les ans, mais ce ne sera pas sur ce domaine l'année prochaine.

Loved our stay at this site, lovely big private piches, with 16amp EHU, water & drainage on pitch. Great swimming pool & excellent walks around the grounds. Staff always very helpful & friendly.
Shame the shuttle bus stops at the end of August, could of kept it going till the end of September as the site is still busy site and getting into town or shops is difficult.

Great campsite and had great facilities to suit all. Situated on a lovely area with an outstanding Chateau and grounds. Swimming pool and bar all first class. Receptionist very helpful and understood English

La diversité des services (piscine, salle de sport, jeux enfants, ...) et la proximité avec la vélo route.

La terrasse, éventuellement, même si nous n'avons pas pu trop en profiter.
La piscine chauffée mais pas la pataugeoire. Des ustensiles sales ou abîmés dans le cottage. Un peu déçu de la qualité de la location, le confort du cottage était du même niveau qu'un mobil-home, nous pensions avoir un peu mieux vu le côté "premium" mis en avant dans l'annonce.
Bonjour Mme Lolita, Nous vous remercions de votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que nos services vous on plu ainsi que notre beau canal. Nous informons que notre piscine est chauffée à 28 ce qui est le cas. Concernant la pataugeoire, elle est aussi chauffée mais uniquement à 21. Il est dommage ne pas avoir su que le cottage ne vous convenait pas lors de vos 10 jours passé chez nous. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas nettoyer toute la vaisselle après chaque client (il est dommage que chaque client ne respect pas le rendu propre) cependant nous vérifions au mieux après le passage des équipes ménage. Nous sommes désolé que cela ne vous ai pas convenu. Nous avons constaté un ciseau cassé après votre départ, peut être parlez vous de cela pour les ustensils abîmés ? si oui vous ne nous l'avez pas signalé. Sinon toutes la batterie est neuve. Le confort de nos cottages ne sont pas le même que nos mobil home. Dans un cottage vous avez 2 salles de douches dont une en suite ainsi que 2 toilettes, des espaces beaucoup plus grand dont un salon confortable ainsi qu'un ilot central et pour finir des lit de 190 au lieu de 160. Votre note de 6 pour l'accueil me paraît un peu rude, notre équipe réserve un accueil chaleureux sur tous nos services. Je serais ravi d'avoir votre avis sur notre accueil qui ne métrite que 6/10. Nous sommes encore désolé de ne pas avoir été à la hauteur de vos attentes. L'équipe du Domaine du Logis Précilia - Directrice
