Right by the River Loire in a beautiful setting. The team are really friendly and helpful - thank you. Gennes is a nice little town and we visited the Roman amphitheatre which is about a 20 minute walk, worth a visit. Found a nice restaurant to eat lunchtime and cycled up the river to Le Thoureil which is a stunning place.

Our third visit to Camping Au Bord de Loire in 10 years, and it just keeps getting better. We love Gennes and Les Rosiers-sur-Loire, with their good amenities, interesting places to visit, friendly bars and great restaurants. We travelled in our electric car and the 22kW charger outside the main gate was brilliant. Most days we left the car behind, enjoying walks, the bus to Saumur and the train to Angers. The campsite has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, and every visit leaves us planning the next one. A fantastic campsite in a wonderful location. Highly recommended!
Noémie was incredibly kind and found us an even better pitch than the one I'd originally requested. The pitches are generous in size, with plenty of room for your car and outdoor setup. They're also quite open, which creates a friendly atmosphere and makes it easy to get to know your neighbours if you wish. We used the electric hook-up throughout our stay and found it very straightforward. If you're travelling from the UK, just remember to bring an adapter for a French two-pin socket. Overall, spacious, practical and very welcoming pitches.

Camping propre et calme, bien situé. Bon quand même la salle des fêtes juste derrière et pas de chance un mariage avec musique d'ambiance jusqu'à 5h du matin =) Sinon n'hésitez pas c'est un bon camping.

Un superbe camping ou nous adorons revenir. Calme, bien entretenu et bien situé. On y trouve tout l équipement nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour ainsi qu un accueil souriant. Merci pour vos excellents petit-déjeuners

Mooi en goed onderhouden kampeerterrein. Prima sanitair. Vriendelijke attente beheerders. De camping ligt in de buurt van diverse bezienswaardigheden. De supermarkt is in de buurt
Misschien zouden enkele bomen een snoeibeurt kunnen gebruiken.
Wij stonden op de camping met een caravan op een standplaats met voldoende zon en ook schaduw.

De plaats aan de Loire was fantastisch! Het sanitair kan beter. Veel toiletten niet in gebruik, soms is er geen toiletpapier. Toilet- , douche en afwasruimte is verouderd en mag schoner. Leuk dat er regionale producten te krijgen zijn. Al met al genoten van het verblijf!

Onze stacaravan met uitzicht op de rivier De Loire is ons heel goed bevallen!
