Le camping est parfait , calme et très propre . Sophie et Yves sont très accueillants , disponibles et c’est un plaisir que d’y venir chaque année au bord du Loir .

Groene omgeving aan een rivier
Bijzonder dat mensen die er werken geen woord Engels spreken, op de dames bij de receptie na. Toen we binnen kwamen zei de vrouw direct dat het meisje ons ging helpen. Dat deed ze prima (sprak goed engels en was vriendelijk), maar toch moest die mevrouw ernaast zich ermee bemoeien. Wij gingen wat halen bij de take away en er moest even heel duidelijk gezegd worden dat we niet op het terras mochten eten. Daar kwam de vrouw van de receptie speciaal even voor omdat zij engels sprak. Ook alle papieren overal met teksten wat vooral niet mag, geeft je geen welkom gevoel.

Hallo, We hebben uw recensie gelezen en zijn verrast door uw beoordelingen en opmerkingen. Dus, ik geef u mijn antwoord. We zijn met z'n vieren op de camping: mijn partner, een stagiaire receptie, een multidisciplinair medewerker en ikzelf (ook bij de receptie). Van deze vier mensen zijn er twee tweetalig, waaronder ikzelf. Dat lijkt me voldoende, vooral omdat ik als beheerder en bewoner van de camping 24/7 aanwezig ben! Zoals u aangaf, waardeerde u het werk van de stagiaire, en daarvoor dank ik u. U gaf haar echter slechts een 6, wat mij, gezien uw opmerking, enigszins tegenstrijdig lijkt. Wat betreft de afhaalsnackbar: aangezien onze medewerker geen Engels spreekt, hebben we inderdaad borden opgehangen om anderstalige klanten duidelijk te maken waarom het niet mogelijk is om op het terras te eten. Als dit bord niet duidelijk genoeg is, belt onze medewerker mij zodat ik haar rechtstreeks kan spreken. U geeft haar dus een 4 voor een dienst die wel bestaat, maar waarvan de bediening u niet bevalt. Aan de andere kant ben ik zeer verrast door uw beoordeling van 5 voor netheid. Alle andere beoordelingen zijn unaniem in hun oordeel dat de camping erg schoon is. In de meest recente beoordeling wordt zelfs vermeld dat het mogelijk is om op de grond te eten! Het spijt me dat uw verblijf niet geheel naar wens was, en misschien was een mondelinge uitwisseling van beide kanten constructiever geweest. Ik wens u het allerbeste, Sophie

Accueil très sympathique Emplacement calme et spacieux adapté à is besoins et en bord du Loir , installlation électrique nickel, aire de jeu pour les jeunes enfants , bloc sanitaire propre et fonctionnel
Le sol de l aire de jeu : l idéal est un revêtement semi caoutchouteux plutôt que des graviers

Parfait pour se reposer, au calme au bord du Loir. Camping d'une propreté irréprochable. A proximité du centre de la ville.

We were here only for 1 night on our way to our final destination. But it is a lovely place to go back to for a longer time to check the city Durtal and more.
Quit campsite, nice people and lovely campsite next to the river Loire.

Nous avons passé un petit séjour sympa, le camping est très calme, les hôtes au petit soin. Bel endroit pour se reposer, pêcher Accès à la piscine municipale très propre et très bien encadré.

Nous prenons note de votre remarque sur le manque de climatisation mais comme vous devez vous en douter, cela signifierait une considérable augmentation des prix ! Quant au matelas, la perception reste très subjective. Certains l'apprécient justement dur, d'autres plus mou. Donc difficile de satisfaire toutes les subjectivités... Kregen 1 van de kleinste plekken toegewezen. Terwijl er voldoende andere plekken vrij waren.
Thank you for your comments. However, I am surprised by your remark about the size of the pitch. Our pitches are between 80 and 100m², which is not small !!. I allocated you a pitch in the shade and on the banks of the Loir for a 6m caravan as announced in the reservation. As you may have noticed, there were a lot of people on this weekend of July 14th and no, there were not many pitches left (10 maximum) and not in the shade or on the banks of the Loir. Très bien situé sur les bords du Loir et à deux pas de toutes les commodités. Grands emplacements ombragés, calme absolu, à 2 pas de toutes les commodités, et surtout très bien tenu. Un grand BRAVO aux propriétaires, une adresse à retenir et à conseiller les yeux fermés.
Caravane idéale pour 1 à 2 nuits, pour étape vélo ou autres.
