Really enjoyed it. The facilities are superb and the entertainment on offer including activities are second to none. Loved the free activities put on for kids and adults. Very impressed
The pool area could do with a coffee kiosk but I get why there is none too. The entrance to hippocampe is busy and tight. Possibly look into changing that a bit or alternatively look to get a pedestrian crossing at the hippocampe entrance so to take away the volume of people (including bikes) off the 1 footpath
Loved the coffee machine, loved the layout. Great to have 2 showers
Not having a covered deck was a real negative for us. Pro wouldn't book the same type of accommodation for that reason

En general el camping está muy bien, tranquilo, tiene buenos servicios y las zonas de piscina y los espectáculos son buenos. La calidad precio me pareció buena
Lo peor la recepción, solo por esto no volveríamos. Salvo de Silvia, que es amable y muy buena persona, se preocupa genuinamente por los demás, el resto nos dio un trato horrible. De todo lo malo solo comentaré que por equivocarme y en vez de esperar a hacer la inspección en el bungalow, llevé la llave a recepción para el check out, al girarme para salir de la estancia, la señora le dijo a su compañera "es que los españoles son..." con total desprecio y pensando que no la iba a entender en francés. Mal trato, mala educación, para mi algo imperdonable de cara al público, mucho de él español.
El bungalow para mi es mejorable, pero las camas son cómodas. Os aconsejo que os llevéis sábanas de camas pequeñas y de matrimonio y toallas, para no tener que pagarlas.
La limpieza es muy mejorable. Limpia cada huésped al salir, unos mejor que otros, así que depende quien te toque antes tienes más o menos suerte. El mantenimiento/limoieza externo de los bungalows debería mejorarse, quizás hacer un repaso al inicio de la temporada. Avisar en el correo de reserva que los 200 euros de la fianza se entregan en metálico o que necesitas una tarjeta física, que con contacteless no funciona.

The did we nice in the restaurants and the activities were good. The pools are lovely and the shows are very good
There is basically nothing to do activity wise for kids under 6 and even 6 to 10 there is little to do as the activities are aimed at older kids. The beds in the lodges are poor Prices in the restaurants are pretty pricey for food and drink
The lodges are fine with nice decking, bathrooms and appliances.
The beds though are pretty uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin meaning when it was stormy i could barely sleep

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Lots of activities. Good slides. Lovely bakery on site.
The central area where the shows are on/bar/ice creams/shop is a very confined space for the number of people on site. If this area could be opened up more it would be a big improvement. Road between 2 sites extremely busy and chaotic with bikes/walkers/cars

Space is very tight inside, walls very thin. Ants were very problematic.

So many things to love about la sirene definitely one of our favourite camping style holidays. The activities during the day for the kids is great and the pools are absolutely fantastic.
The shows are fantastic although they could include a bit more English (not fully) just so the majority of the audience (Irish)would understand a bit more. Other campsites used their own language and English and we found it much more enjoyable to watch. Also could do a couple more interactive nights like the bingo nights as kids preferred it to shows even though the quality of the shows is like nothing else we've seen. On our first night when we arrived we are in bamboo and I was SO disappointed as the food was cold and just not good, if you improved restaurants you would be world class site.
Did the job, was clean and had everything it needed. Would prefer sth larger but I believe we booked late and this is an option just we missed it.
The road crossing between l' hippocamp and La sirene. Thought I'd be able to allow children to go alone but was quite a busy road. Could do with traffic lights. Food - could definitely be better. Pizzeria was the best food and was ok value expect the chips they were very dear for frozen chips.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Our mobile wasn't cleaned properly. Tea stains on the kitchen sink, toilets not cleaner properly. Empty bottles left in shower. Sink drains were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned. There was a smell out of the shower drains.
Accomodation was basic. No channels on the TV. Last year we had an airfryer but nothing this year. We paid €80 for cleaning at the end of our stay which was very expensive as it would not have been cleaned to our standards when we arrived.
Waited for the man to vhevk the mobile to check that all was OK. Found his manner very abrupt and rude. Understand he is older but felt there was no need .

Campsite is excellent. I like how compact it is and the access to each campsite is easy. Pool area is fantastic.On arrival the accomodation could have been cleaner. The fridge was covered in black mould. We had a problem with ants also. The sun beds were covered in bird poo
Accommodation could be cleaner Toilets poolside were really unpleasant. They should be cleaned regulary. They smelled of urine. In my week there I never saw them being cleaned

Las instalaciones acuáticas y que las piscinas sean climatizadas. Para ir con niños pequeños es ideal.
Mejoraría tema limpieza y que no sea un extra la ropa de cama. También que en recepción puedas encontrar a personal que hable en español dada su cercanía con España.
Bungalows tranquilos y gran zona exterior. Muy completos.
La limpieza. Nos encontramos muchas arañas en las ventanas en el interior. Al abrir las cortinas caían en la cama. Muchas telarañas en mesa y sillas exteriores. No parecía que hubieran limpiado hacía poco. Si incluyeran la limpieza en la estancia y no se pagara como extra, seguramente estaría todo más limpio. Tampoco está incluida la ropa de cama ni toallas y es un extra.

Hacia años que no volvíamos a este camping, la mejora que han hecho, se nota con creces, lo que es tema idioma, han mejorado muchísimo, ya que antes era francés es inglés, y español no lo hablaban, las actividades para niños y adultos muy amenas y divertidas, actividades prácticamente todo el día, la única pega, es que el bungalow que nos tocó, le daba mucho el sol, y lo que es la terraza, solo de noches, pero al tener aire acondicionado, se hace muy ameno.

Some more food options, especially for kids. They didn't even want chips and nuggets by the end of the week!!

Ajouter plus de zones plus dispersées avec des toboggans.
Equipements OK, manque la lave-vaisselle.
Le logement : bruits de rats qui grattent toute la nuit, mauvaise évacuation des eaux. Ajouter la télé + lave-vaisselle.

We loved our accommodation, the waterslides and pools, open areas around pool complex with plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. Bakery was absolutely fabulous and and onsite shop was great. Take away was good but very expensive.
Onsite restaurants (especially the one in Hippocampe) were not great. We had nicer meals offsite.
Accommodation was excellent - lovely private area to sit and eat at the back of the lodge and plenty of room inside. Showers were excellent and it was great to have an ensuite off our bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cutlery etc. Definitely the nicest camp accommodation we have stayed in.
