Despite the horrendous weather we had a good stay at Le Picard, we were well looked after and comfortable
Our accommodation was clean and tidy and equipped with all we needed, the heater had been switched on prior to our arrival so we entered a warm and cozy place. It is quiet and very comfortable

Tranquil campsite in the Normandy Countryside. Friendly and helpful owners. Large pitches. New Bathroom facilities. A few kilometres from local town. Lots to see and do in the area.

Regarding the hose, we don’t routinely provide hoses for filling water tanks, as campers usually bring their own equipment. Each pitch has its own water point, making it easy to refill your tank. Super beau camping, propre, l'eau était bien chaude, vous êtes super gentils et j'ai beaucoup aimé rester sur cet endroit en plein nature. Le chat, un lapin et les moutons étaient sympas :) merci!

Dear Sir, Thank you for your lovely comments about the view, our clean facilities and the peaceful atmosphere of Le Picard. Regarding the lighting in the evening, our outdoor lights are solar-powered. As the days become shorter in the low season, they naturally receive less sunlight during the day and therefore cannot charge as much as they do in summer. This is a deliberate choice as part of our commitment to being more environmentally responsible. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. Charming, peaceful, a beautiful area to recharge and realign. Love Le Picard Holiday Park. We first came about 28 years ago when our children were small. The improvements you have made at Le Picard are for the better. Love the amazing clean shower blocks! Thank you Delphine and Laurent

A very pleasant site. Well kept and the facilities are extremely well maintained by Delphine.
Clearer signs about parking on arrival. Every caravan/motorhome parks on the right and are immediately asked to park on the left which means blocking the entrance to the pitches especially with a large caravan.
Very nice pitches with lovely hedges between.

Accueil très sympathique. Emplacements sur un terrain plat entouré par la nature : champs avec des brebis et aussi des lapins très peu farouche. Un petit étang à l’entrée très joli. Très calme . Sanitaires impeccables .
Terrain plat et séparé par des petites haies pas trop hautes. Électricité et eau sur emplacement très pratique.

Lovely campsite, we were on our way back to catch the ferry, would have loved to have been able to stay longer, the owners very friendly and informative

Large pitch size, water and electricity, heated swimming pool, not far from village ,very friendly pretty rabbits lovely countryside definitely recommend , The owners were very hard working the toilets and showers were perfect and very very clean

Herzlicher Empfang. Sehr sauberes Sanitär. Ein kleiner ruhiger gemütlicher Campingplatz . Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Das kleine Bistro bietet leckere Speisen an.

Regarding the “chaotic” arrival, we suspect this may have been linked to your wish to shorten your 10-night stay as soon as you arrived, mainly because of the weather forecast — before even having had the chance to discover the campsite. We simply explained that a confirmed 10-night booking is a commitment and cannot be shortened at the last minute depending on the weather. Fortunately, Normandy decided to prove us right! 😉 The weather turned out much better than forecast, you stayed all 10 nights and, judging by your review, you were happy with your stay after all! We enjoyed our stay very much. The bathrooms are very clean. It is very peaceful and quiet. Laurent and Delphine are very nice and very helpful.
Our pitch was very large and had a nice view. Our car was also on the pitch. The bathrooms were in close distance.
