Il campeggio è ben distribuito e presenta una buona privacy tra le piazzole, che si presentano ampie e ben organizzate. Inoltre il campeggio offre svariati servizi per tutte le tipologie di clienti, il che ha reso molto confortevole il nostro soggiorno.
In generale il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L'unica osservazione sulla struttura è relativa ai bagni: potrebbe essere utile aggiungere cestini all'interno delle singole toilettes, soprattutto per i servizi femminili.

L'unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato nell'assegnazione della piazzola, nonostante l'ottima distribuzione, era essendo situata sotto diversi alberi popolati da piccioni, abbiamo dovuto ogni giorno pulire più volte la tenda e la macchina dalle loro evacuazioni, ma di ciò non se ne può fare una colpa alla gestione del camping.

We enjoyed this, our second stay at Camping L’Isle Verte, and will definitely return. The site is in an excellent position on the banks of the Loire with the Velo de Loire running past its doorstep. Perfect for cyclists to enjoy the local area with lots of choices of routes. We enjoyed using the swimming pool which had recently been refurbished. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
We thought the site was looking a bit tired and unkempt. Our pitch was absolutely covered in a mountain of leaves which we had to sweep away to be able to pitch. The ladies toilets are awful, with a sickening smell of urine. We understand these are to be renovated so hopefully that will improve. Likewise with the showers, they are not very efficient.
Lovely position pitch overlooking the Loire with lots to see and watch.
We thought our pitch compared to other ‘Edge of the Loire’ pitches was a lot smaller, even though we assume we paid the same price. Pitch condition was not good being totally covered in a mountain of leaves.

We have been fully booked throughout this period, with guests leaving and arriving every day, which can make it difficult to keep every pitch perfectly clear of fallen leaves between stays. Regarding the size, your pitch was actually over 100m². Our Loire-side pitches do vary in shape and layout, so some can appear smaller than others even when their surface area is similar. As you mentioned, our main sanitary block is showing its age and a complete renovation is planned for next season. We’re very much looking forward to this improvement too. Lovely site with large pitches and good facilities next to the river and a useful, small village. Nice pool for adults and good bar, restaurant if you want to stay on site. Very close to a number of caves and vineyards - though note some noise from vintners next door during harvest.

Really well organised and presented site. Pool lovely. Location by river is excellent, can walk into village easily and great base to explore area. Views of Loire are lovely.

Friendly staff great location
Swimming pool had no hand rail to assist with entry and exit from the water so made it unsuitable for my wife to use which was a shame as the pool aera was excellent

Site is nicely located for visiting Montsoreau and Turquant on foot and is very popular with UK guests! Staff are friendly and the onsite restaurant/service is good. Sanitaires are clean/tidy with soap/paper, there is a washing up and laundry area and a separate main service point.
Some pitches are close together and the river front ones do get the bikes/walkers passing through. It is quite an expensive site, plus there is a €10 booking fee if booked in advance/online, which is expensive for a short stay! Enjoyed the surrounding area, but would probably not stay again.

Regarding the €10 booking fee, this is a fixed administration fee and is clearly shown before the booking is confirmed. We understand that it can feel more significant for a short stay, but booking in advance guarantees that a pitch is reserved for you. We were actually fully booked throughout September, so advance booking was particularly useful during this period.

What fab location, easy to find, right next to a lovely little town, vineyards and cycle routes. Pool and bar area are both fabulous!
I would have said the toilet block is tired ands work however, that is planned for this winter and if't done to the standard of other areas then it will be excellent.
pitch was great, didn't realise there would be a fence and a path between us and the river but we still loved it.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, meerdere talen worden er gesproken door het personeel en de eigenaar. Ik had een probleem met mijn elektra snoer en ben goed geholpen.
De geur in de toiletten is niet zo fijn, mogelijk dat er iets aan gedaan kan worden.
Ruime plekken, één nadeel, ik stond onder de bomen en daar zat een nest van een houtduif, dus alles werd onder gepoept. Maar dat is de natuur 🤭

Très bon accueil et propreté au rendez-vous. Superbe piscine et un choix de vins du cru fabuleux au restaurant.
La Proximité de la départementale est parfois dérangeante en journée mais assez calme la nuit.
Un très bel emplacement spacieux.

Concernant la route, elle peut effectivement être plus présente à certains moments de la journée, mais les soirées et les nuits sont généralement beaucoup plus calmes. Pour les pigeons, nous sommes bien conscients du désagrément qu’ils peuvent parfois occasionner. Notre camping se trouve dans un environnement naturel protégé en bord de Loire, et nos pigeons semblent d’ailleurs très bien le savoir ! Merci encore pour votre séjour et au plaisir de vous revoir

Plek aan de rivier. Mooie grote plaats. Maar ook de andere plekken zien er goed uit. En gelukkig hebben wij ons niet laten afschrikken door de in andere recensies genoemde drukke weg langs de camping. Want daar hebben wij absoluut geen last van gehad. Zelfs niet met fietsen. Komen daarom zeker nog een keer terug hier. En ook voor het restaurant. Hier heerlijk gegeten en geen standaard camping gerechten zoals burgers en pizza’s maar echt lekker eten uit de Franse keuken.

Wir waren für eine Nacht auf dem Campingplatz auf welchem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt hatten. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sehr gepflegt und das Duschwasser ausreichend warm. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Platzes befindet sich direkt an der Loire. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erg vriendelijke personeel, geweldig restaurant met ook super aardig personeel, mooie staanplaatsen, heel schoon sanitair.
De verlichting op de paden savonds is wat summier..we hadden echt een zaklamp nodig om naar het sanitair gebouw te lopen.

Nous n’avons pu passer que deux nuits dans le camping , une première expérience en famille dans un ecolodge . Tout était parfait , propre , pratique ! Je recommande !
Avoir un évier est bien pratique et le logement au top . Les lits sont confortables. Pas de problème de froid entre les lattes de parquet comme lu dans d’autres commentaires .
Un grand merci pour votre adorable retour ! Nous sommes vraiment heureux que cette première expérience en famille en écolodge ait été une réussite et que vous vous y soyez sentis bien.
