Il campeggio è ben distribuito e presenta una buona privacy tra le piazzole, che si presentano ampie e ben organizzate. Inoltre il campeggio offre svariati servizi per tutte le tipologie di clienti, il che ha reso molto confortevole il nostro soggiorno.
In generale il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L'unica osservazione sulla struttura è relativa ai bagni: potrebbe essere utile aggiungere cestini all'interno delle singole toilettes, soprattutto per i servizi femminili.
In generale il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. I servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito sono stati molto buoni e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre necessità.
L'unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato nell'assegnazione della piazzola, nonostante l'ottima distribuzione, era essendo situata sotto diversi alberi popolati da piccioni, abbiamo dovuto ogni giorno pulire più volte la tenda e la macchina dalle loro evacuazioni, ma di ciò non se ne può fare una colpa alla gestione del camping.

Een heel mooi ingerichte camping gelegen in een leuk klein dorpje. Vriendelijke ontvangst en mooie ruime plekken. De camping heeft een heel mooi zwembad. Verder geen opmerkingen.
Jammer dat op een aantal plekken waaronder de onze geen goed zicht was op de Loire. Dat was vanwege het struikgewas dat te hoog opgegroeid was. Als dat struikgewas een beetje gesnoeid zou worden is het helemaal oké.

Regarding the view of the Loire, we completely understand your comment. Unfortunately, the riverbanks belong to the French authorities and are part of a protected natural area. We are not allowed to cut back the vegetation ourselves and could face significant fines if we did so. We nevertheless hope that you enjoyed the beautiful setting and had a lovely stay with us at Camping l'Isle Verte. We hope to welcome you back to Montsoreau in the future.

Love this site, its geographical position, the services and animations. Did a wide ne tasting excursion. Learned a lot about the local wines.
Customer service when asking for help
Good size, water close and close to amenities
The electricity tripping off in the evening (possibly because people charging their cars/bikes or using their air conditioning). This is not a new problem. It was happening 2 years ago when we came last. Also the amount of bird poo on our caravan and car was awful.

Regarding the electricity, unfortunately the power cuts are indeed caused by a few guests using prohibited high-consumption appliances such as electric vehicle chargers, air fryers or air conditioning units. When this happens, the network becomes overloaded and trips. As we live on site ourselves, we are affected too, and each time we do our best to restore the power as quickly as possible. As for the pigeons... they certainly enjoy our beautiful riverside location as much as our guests do! Unfortunately, they can sometimes be a little too generous with their visits. Quick check in - able to squeeze us in for another night. Dog walk. Location and amenities not far from the site.
Starting to look a bit uncared for. Pitches are basically bare earth. Hedges are battered in some places and it's starting to look like a place where there is permanent campers.
Pitch was good size. Easily accessible. Good access to the walk along the Loire and into town for market and bread. Restaurant on site and always good.
Pitches need some maintenance. Trees need trimming and dead small branches dropping onto motorhome. Another pitch we stayed - could smell the toilet waste cleaning area. Lots of pigeons who pooped a lot on van and windows.
Thank you for your feedback and for extending your stay with us. We're pleased that you enjoyed the location, the riverside walks and the easy access to the village and its amenities. Regarding the pitches and the grass, we are currently experiencing an exceptional heatwave and, unfortunately, the grass is suffering too. We are also under water restrictions, which makes it impossible to keep the pitches as green as we would like. In addition, the campsite has been full almost every day, with some guests staying for several weeks, which naturally puts extra pressure on the grounds. As for the trees and pigeons, being right on the banks of the Loire means that we share the campsite with plenty of wildlife. We do our best to maintain the trees while preserving the natural environment that so many of our guests enjoy.

Cependant, nous n'avons souvent que très peu de demandes le matin et il ne nous est malheureusement pas possible d'ouvrir le bar plus tôt et de mobiliser du personnel pour seulement quelques petits-déjeuners. No fully serviced pitches, electricity was terrible, powers cuts every day, cannot blame the weather as this is Loire Valley and very used to soaring temps !! Would NOT return....
No 15 was the furthest from any amenities......even water tap was a fair walk. Dreadful pitch.

Regarding pitch 15, we would like to point out that there is a water point just one pitch away, so access to water is very close by. As for the power cuts, unfortunately all of us on the campsite were affected. The interruptions were caused by one or more guests using prohibited high-consumption appliances such as electric vehicle chargers, air fryers or electric barbecues. When this happens, the electrical network becomes overloaded and trips. As we live on site ourselves, we were impacted by these outages too. Each time, our team responded as quickly as possible to restore the power once the issue had been identified. We understand that this was frustrating.

Every member of staff, from the reception team the bar and restaurant team and the cleaning maintenance staff , all are fantastic! And not forgetting the location and the village, they so beautifully positioned for each to work perfectly in harmony. Sitting outside the post bar with a beer watching the world go by, is one of the highlights of our holiday!
Maybe outdoor air conditioning units in the restaurant area
We liked everything about this lodge. The position of the lodge gives a view of the river and allows conversation with passing campers. The outdoor sitting and dining space is perfect.kitchen and bathroom are very good and bed and bedroom are very comfortable and spacious

A fabulous campsite on the banks of the Loire. Excellent staff and a lovely large pitches.
Upgrade of toilet facilities which I believe is imminent.

Fijne plaats aan de rivier. Vriendelijk ontvangst en er worden ook leuke dingen georganiseerd.
De camping was vol en iedere avond was er even een probleem dat er geen stroom was. Dit probeerden ze wel zo snel mogelijk op te lossen

Staff great , peaceful beautiful location and accessible to local amenities. Asked for a sunny pitch which it was, but lacked privacy. Fabulous swimming pool and lovely restaurant. Enjoyed a relaxing week before moving on. Would certainly return.
More umbrellas around pool please. An additional snack bar as well as the restaurant.

We noted your remark about the directions in the sanitary block. We are also sorry about the discomfort caused by the power cuts, indeed some guests sometimes use devices (including charging their own vehicles) that require more electricity despite our warnings, and since the campsite is almost full it takes us more time to find the origin of the disruption.

Junto al Loira y en una localidad preciosa. Instalaciones limpias y buena atención. Muy recomendable para cicloturistas.

Private facilities, good campsite restaurant, superb swimming pool and friendly staff
We would like to join your campsite club but apparently we can only join when at a campsite and cannot be given points for the currently booked nights. We believe we can join free at a campervan show but as we come from Guernsey in the Channel Islands we cannot get to a show. If we could have had our nights credited we would have joined. We like to book ahead so it appears that we will never be able to get our points when buying the club card at a site!! We feel you should be offering this deal from the internet rather than only on the sites!! However we enjoy your sites and will be back.

The lovely freindly welcome we had even though we couldn't speak very good french. The staff/owners went out of their way to speak English for us...they were all do.helpful and freindly...we will definately stay there again if heading that way...lots of places to visit from there from Chateau's to gardens and parks, troglodite caves...walks...beautiful entrance to the village full of roses...small market on Sundays and shops and cafes to enjoy
Maybe electric hook ups on own pitch, as a bit worrying going into another person's pitch to.unplug when they have dogs...also maybe a few branches trimmed off the trees, so that the pigeons don't mess all over chairs, tables and washing....not the sites fault...just a suggestion....a lovely site thankyou

L'emplacement du camping, les emplacements, le bord de Loire, l'accès Vélo, Montsoreau est charmant, et la grande gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel au restaurant, les herbes aromatiques à disposition, le nombre suffisant de sanitaires et blocs vaisselle, bref... presque tout.
Par contre le point à améliorer c'est l'hygiène des blocs sanitaires! Dommage, je n'ai aucun problème avec le côté vintage mais les carrelages au sol et muraux ont réellement besoin d'être nettoyés au karcher. Tous les éviers sont bordés de moisissure. Et les toiles d'araignées garnissent les plafonds. On attend plus à ce niveau pour un 4 ☆

Un grand merci également pour vos mots sur l'équipe. Ils seront très touchés par votre compliment sur leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Concernant les sanitaires, nous prenons votre remarque très au sérieux. Nous accordons pourtant une grande importance à leur entretien quotidien, mais il est possible que certains points nous aient échappé durant une période de forte fréquentation. Par ailleurs, nous sommes conscients que notre bloc sanitaire principal n'est plus tout à fait au niveau attendu pour un camping 4 étoiles. C'est pourquoi une rénovation complète est déjà prévue pour la saison 2027.
