Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Alison and John are very welcoming. Sanitary block is spotless and if you get the opportunity to eat in the restaurant it's great food, really tasty and not expensive.
Great size pitch. Everything close by.

Stayed overnight en route back up to Calais.
Just beautiful, lovely lake and countryside, well sized plots with hedges for privacy. Nice loos and showers and super friendly owner and locals.

Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The pitch itself was very muddy and not particularly pleasant to look at, although it was at least easy enough to access. There were also several other issues. The dismantled car parts around the top of the site were extremely unsightly and gave the whole area a neglected feel. On top of that, tables were left with food scraps and empty drink bottles, which made the site appear untidy and poorly maintained. Overall, the campsite would greatly benefit from better upkeep and cleanliness. We will not return.
Unfortunately your stay coincided with the stay of a large group of young seasonal workers (apple pickers) who aren't the tidiest or the quietest of people... If you had approached us we could have talked about it, but you didn't check in or pay the balance of your stay with us.

Prima camping met geweldig restaurant! Helaas regende het vreselijk tijdens ons verblijf maar dat kun je niet beïnvloeden. Rest was super!
De stroom bovenaan viel regelmatig helemaal uit ( ongeveer 4 x per uur) dat was heel irritant. We hadden wel de sleutel gekregen om het om te zetten, maar blijft vervelend als je steeds door de regen daar naartoe moet lopen.

We booked for the wrong day but arrived and was happily accommodated, despite it being our error. Thank you this is great service. The site is lovely overlooking a fishing lake, the toilet and showers are very clean and with toilet seats and paper …

Nous avons passé une semaine très calme à 4 dans ce camping avec piscine. Ce fut très agréable.
Chalet très fonctionnel avec une terrasse couverte qui nous a permis de vivre dehors.

Sehr freundliche Rezeption und klasse Sanitäranlagen.
Einen Hinweis in der Reservierungsbestätigung, dass man direkt auf dem Platz fahren darf wo der Name steht wäre nett gewesen. Online Reservierungen für das anliegende Restaurant wären auch wünschenswert, ohne Reservierung wird man sehr unfreundlich empfangen.

Vue magnifique sur le lac. Une touche originale dans la décoration des sanitaires et des allées. Petit camping sans chichi ou le se sent bien. De passage pour une nuit seulement nous reviendrons.
Notre emplacement était peu ombragé.

Piscine dans camping, étang proche du camping, c’est agréable. Calme. Originalité de la deco dans les sanitaire. On avait encore jamais vu ça.
