Gute Zugänglichkeit, ausreichend Platz.

Wij hadden een super grote plek met mooi/schoon prive sanitair. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Animatie erg leuk.
Kampeerplaats misschien wat egaliseren, onze plek was erg ongelijk.
Prima plek met zowel zon als schaduw. Erg ruim met top sanitair.
Plek erg ongelijk, dat was wat minder.

Nous avons passés de très bonne vacances, le personnel est très agréable, et très réactif si on en a besoin
avoir un contact autre que le numéro du camping, si on rencontre un soucis après la fermeture de l'accueil
le fait que l'emplacement soit entouré d'arbre car il n'est pas climatisé et nous avions nos chats avec nous
Le côté exigu , heureusement le temps était au beau fixe et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour les repas

We hebben een fijne en relaxte vakantie gehad.
De zwembaden zijn erg koud, namelijk allemaal onder de 29 graden. Verder is er in de omgeving echt weinig moois te zien. Enige aanrader is Orleans (70 minuten rijden).
We hadden een fantastisch mooie plek. Nooit eerder zo mooi gestaan! Het bijgebouw (douche, toilet e.d.) was ook fantastisch.
We hadden geregeld koud water en het stroom viel ook vaak uit.

Fijne plek, prima faciliteiten, netjes
Wij moesten hals over kop 2 dagen eerder vertrekken ivm prive omstandigheden. De wijze waarop daar mee om werd gegaan was op zich efficient, maar weinig empatisch
Netjes, redelijk ruim, privacy. Afsluiten hek op terras heel onhandig en hebben we ons meermalen aan bezeerd
Helaas geen airco in het chalet

Improve pitch size. Our pitch was supposed to be large but we were squeezed in with no defined borders, people walking through the pitch and washing hanging across a ‘supposed’ border. No privacy at all. Inadequate pitch for the size of our caravan and high cost of it. Inadequate room for parking for adjacent pitches meant cars parked on our pitch on arrival. Too noisy with far too many children running around and on bikes.
Convenience of toilet and shower right by the pitch.
Really disliked the site, felt very overcrowded and cramped. Unkempt borders/ grass too long. Not for us! Nothing like previous Castel sites we have stayed on. Very disappointing.

Kampeerplekken niet tussen de huisjes. Meer privacy voor de kampeerder! Meer aandacht voor de gast in het restaurant. Wachttijden te lang!!! Snackbar en restaurant apart houden.

Activités ados et adultes style sport aquatique boom jeux style blind test Le bar snack épicerie à revoir Le soin bien être il est annoncé manucure complète et il n'y a pas de pose de vernis Chaise cassée au snack Pain en retard donc impossible de le récupérer pour nous Pas de possibilité d'avoir du pain en plus à 8h30 car pas cuit attente trop longue et pas de pain de mie en boutique ( choix très limité) Pass de cocktail au bar 2 sur 4 manquant à plusieurs reprises Plus de tenders au snack Serveurs (e) au bar à revoir sauf 2. Manque de motivation réactivité
Fonctionnel pratique
Peut être plusieurs prises électriques Panne de courant sur le site un groupe électrogène serait bien dans ce cas pour les urgences à un lieu précis

Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk
Faciliteiten zijn oud en functioneren niet naar huidige standaard: bijvoorbeeld geen waterbesparende kranen, wc in afzonderlijke ruimte. Verder zijn er voor alles belachelijk veel regels etc zoals kinderen moeten schoenen aan ipv slippers ivm veiligheid, betalen in meerdere delen ivm mogelijke fraude, maar 1 kind tegelijk op de trampoline

Semaine très agréable au camping. Nous avons eu un emplacement très ombragé (adéquat en cette période) et intimiste. Le cadre est chouette et plusieurs prestations (payantes) sont proposées. Le camping est très bien entretenu et propre.
Axes d'amélioration : les animations et la restauration (service très long pour la soirée moules frites)
Emplacement ombragé à côté d'un petit coin boisé. Peu de voisinage et de vis-à-vis sur l'allée de circulation. Au top avec de fortes températures.

Nice location. The little building where the bbq was, was a surprise.
I was expecting to swim in the little lake. There I was misguided. The pool is to small for the camping site. In entrance of the pool is messy wirh all those slippers. 5 stars, ok but for every activity you had to pay extra. You had to pay for Wifi.
Everything was ok.

Nous avons passer un bon séjour dans l'ensemble.
Le services de restauration reste à revoir, manque d'organisation et de professionnalisme de certain employé.
Emplacement parfait.
Revoir peut-être la propretée du matériel mis à disposition. Pour notre part notamment les coussins du canapé taché. Mais dans l'ensemble cela reste correcte.

Uitstekende service op de camping, mooie plek, schoon en mooi prive sanitair. Fijn dat er 3 zwembaden zijn.
Wellicht bij de kinderactiviteiten iets meer mogelijkheden aanbieden. Met veel kinderen op de camping is een activiteit snel vol.
Grote plek en mooie eigen badkamer.

Bij het inchecken was het al fijn dat dit in het Nederlands kon. Je wordt tot aan je plek begeleid. Allemaal zeer vriendelijk personeel! Een dikke pluim voor allemaal! Zwembad is leuk. Broodjesservice aanwezig Wij stonden op A1, leuk plekje !
