It was great to see some many countries come together , the kids playing together in the evening was heartwarming
Stafff seem overworked, under pressure , and rushed . There should be a donation areas for people to pass along to the next wave of people - toys , sun tents etc
Space was great , there were a lot of ants !

Super séjour les équipe d’animateur sont gentil et souriant, les nouvelle installation de la piscine sont très bien 👍🏻 toujours autant d’animation sympa ainsi que les spectacles du soir
L’équipe d’accueil de l’hippocampe, pas souriante et quand on y va on les embête, même pas de bon séjour à l’arrivée ni de bonnes route. À la fin, ils m’ont même pas demandé si mon séjour s’est bien passé quand on va aller voir pas de bonjour, ni au revoir vraiment déçu de l’équipe de l’accueil de l’hippocampe. par contre à la sirène zéro problème.
Très bon mobilehome, bien agencé avec la clim parfaite

Le jour de notre arrivée ,une quinzaine de fourmis reparti dans l'ensemble du mobile home, après intervention du personnel de maintenance et l'application d 'un répulsif efficace 2 jours ,les fourmis on refait apparition, nous avons donc bouché les ouvertures d' arriver d eaux, après cela plus de soucis. Porte de SDB qui frotte le sol ,meuble frigo pas fixé du coup micro-onde de travers. Et nous trouvons étonnant que le service de sécurité ne soit pas présent la journée. Nous étions déjà a la sirène il y a deux ans ,nous étions entièrement satisfait du séjour.

Wij vonden de camping in zijn geheel en in al zijn facetten fantastisch. De camping is meer 6 sterren dan 5 sterren wat ons betreft. De camping staat garant voor een complete geweldige vakantie ervaring.
Personeel spreekt niet altijd goed Engels en sommigen hebben daar ook weinig zin in vinden wij.
Compleet, schoon en mooi.

pléthore d'activités proposées, espaces verts très bien entretenus, les parties sans voiture sont idéales pour laisser gambader les enfants à pied , à vélo ou en trotinettes, piscines et parc aquatique au top, mer à 15 minutes à pied et parc de loisirs à 10, supérette, docteur sur place même s'il faut s'armer de patience. Plancha bien plus commode d'utilisation que des barbecues, lorsqu'on loue via le camping
Fort étonnant que le restaurant "Banboo" qui propose une cuisine d'inspiration asiatique serve du riz PAS cuit. 4 plats immangeables à moins d'avoir de très bonnes dents. J'avais oublié m'être déjà fait la même réflexion l'année passée. Serviettes de bain qui n'essuient pas. Le prix mais au vues des prestations, ce n'est pas exagéré

Soccer field should be artificial or similar. Der was so many ants in our mobilhome, it was really sad to see, the outdoor terrasse was horrible, and need to be changed. The worst mobilhome ever

Fantastisch zwembad, veel activiteiten voor de kinderen en goede faciliteiten.
Wi-fi was helaas zeer slecht.
Schoon en zeer compleet. De airconditioning was uiterst prettig.

Lovely campsite. Pool complex at La Sirene was amazing. Loads of pools and slides even an adutls only pool. Plenty of activities to chose from all day. Hyrox, Crossfit, strength etc for adults. Football, Archery, Basketball etc for kids. They even take them on trips off site to waterpark. Hippocamp a lot quieter and we prefered to stay there with going over the road to La sirene for pool, entertainment. The activites make the site. Would happily return.
Entertainment area unberably hot. Needs aircondining, also not enough seats for everyone. Not being able to wear sliders by pool, the ground was super hot and burning feet.
Living area and kitchen were lovely new. I found it had more than enought strorage for our needs. Also great terrace with private garden. No mosquitos
We were tortured by ants. The beds in the twin bedroom were way too narrow. Woken up all night by teens banging knees against the wall. Booked direct and wasnt cheap and on top having to pay for sheets towels etc. No owen, no toaster

Liked the accommodation & pools.
Didn't like that there was no sun loungers or shoes allowed in pool area. Also need more shade & space in pool area - much too busy. Needs more restaurants & food in Hippo pool could be much better.
Liked the space, particularly outdoor.
Didn't like having to order bed sheets & towels separately & making the beds. Didn't like having to clean at end of stay.

Excellent facilities and spotlessly clean and plenty of life guards and security.
Some units are now dated and showing their age.

Standing du camping à la hauteur. Accès aux deux campings. Tout les commodités présentes sur place, animations nombreuses, variés et pour tous les âges.
Dégradation de la sécurité dans le camping l’hippocampe depuis notre dernier séjour séjour il y a 4 ans. Nous avions choisi ce camping car les enfants pouvaient circuler en toute sécurité sans présence de voiture. Malheureusement, les trottinettes électriques (souvent utilisés par des jeunes de moins de 14 ans sans leur parents, alors que cela est interdit en France sur la voie publique) qui circulent à 25km/h dans les allées du camping devient accidentogène à chaque croisement d’allée. Vacances ne signifient pas absence de règles et potentielle mise en danger des autres vacanciers.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je vient dans ce camping je le trouve vraiment magnifique c'est pour cela que je revient chaque année

Family of 5. 2nd time syay. We had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely accommodation.. Lovely and clean area as always. Pools absolutely amazing 10/10. Very nice pool staff.
Entertainment- more English speaking shows, more variety as returning costumes Entertainment- Going to have to expand the area/arena. There is too many people for such a big campsite. Maybe have a toddles/child arena elsewhere. Shop- more Irish products. Teabags, cereals etc Alot more restaurants there isn't enough variety. More kids food options. No e-scotters allowed too dangerous Suncream stations at the pools and water refills. Lovely pools but needs more expansion of food areas and entertainment space and variety of different shows. Higher netting 4 Gaelic
Absolutely gorgeous. Clean. Good air-conditioning, bright and spacious and beautiful outdoor space.
Bedding should be included in the price. Check for wasps nests before arrival as I got stung and quite possibly had an allergic reaction or my child and it could have been an emergency situation. Staff need to check BBQ areas. Fresh towels should be provided after 5 days.

The campsite is extremely clean. The accomodation is as described. The animation team are fantastic. The bakery staff and variety of goods were great.
No escooters or motorized vehicles should be allowed in campsite. Soccer for 13-17yrs this was very much missed this year for my teenagers. A shop/ice cream stand in hippocampe especially during activities during the day. When it's extremely hot like this year 41c the rule about footwear at the pool needs to be addressed. The ground is too hot. Include cleaning automatically in the stay, make it the option to opt out. Sheets/towels should be included in your stay. A washing tablet should be included in welcome pack.
Shower pressure.
In no 18 the bushes and trees need to be cut back. Lots of insects and bird droppings. You had to put up the umbrella all the time.The kitchen area is very small. Not enough space to cook. Would not book this style again. The decking of this accomodation needs to be power washed. Pointed out a mouse hole to ground workers. Cleanliness of van was not great. Needed to clean on arrival. A thorough clean is definitely needed in between stays.

Quiet, relaxed site. Clean and comfortable cabins. Nice small pool ideal for younger kids families.
Wifi very poor, almost non existent at our pitch -advised to use it outdoors. Crossing the road between main campsites could be a bit risky if drivers not paying attention.
Well equipped, aircon worked well. Plenty storage (2Ad, 2Kids) could have stored enough in a smaller cabin for sure.
TV was not working at all. Reception did arrange for it to be fixed the following day but maybe should be part of pre check as missed world cup games. Wifi inside the cabin was almost zero, not that we use devices uch but for using la Sirene app, check in etc. even it was too slow.
