Bonjour, Merci beaucoup pour votre séjour et pour votre retour positif. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme du camping ainsi que la disponibilité et la sympathie de notre équipe. Nous sommes également heureux de savoir que le cottage a répondu à vos attentes en termes de propreté et de confort. Nous avons cependant remarqué une note un peu plus réservée concernant la piscine. Il est dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu plus de détails à ce sujet : était-ce parce que vous ne l'avez pas utilisée, ou bien y avait-il un aspect qui aurait pu être amélioré ? Cela aurait pu nous permettre de mieux comprendre et peut-être d’atteindre une note globale encore plus proche de l’excellence. We are a bit surprised by your comment regarding the size of the accommodation, as you were only two guests in a 26m² mobile home designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people. When fully occupied, we usually don’t receive such remarks about space. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the flies. Being in the countryside and surrounded by animals does bring some small inconveniences at times — it’s part of the charm (and reality) of rural life. That said, we’re glad you appreciated the location and our efforts, and we do feel the rating is a little harsh considering your overall experience. We hope to welcome you again in the future! Regarding the bread service, the schedule is communicated in advance. Of course, guests are always free to go to the nearest village if they prefer to get bread earlier. As for the swimming pool, it may not be large, but we are happy to offer one—it is well-maintained and appreciated by many of our guests. Concerning the price, we are in line with other campsites in the area for the high season, and our prices reflect the quality and range of services provided: clean sanitary facilities with toilet paper and soap, hot water, free Wi-Fi, electricity and water on the pitch, and a restaurant open every evening. We were also fully booked during your stay, which confirms the value for money. We’re always working to improve, and we appreciate your feedback. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Just to clarify regarding the bread: we actually go to the bakery ourselves every morning to pick it up (there is no delivery service), and it is available at the reception from 9:00 AM. For guests who would like their bread earlier, the bakery is indeed not far—just about a 7-minute drive to the next village. We’re sorry to hear that you found your pitch a bit small. The pitch you stayed on was indeed 80m², which is consistent with the size range (80–100m²) indicated on our website. We offer you the possibility to park your car on a parking place in order to enjoy more space for your caravan only. Since your reservation was made just two days before arrival – right in the high season – we did our best to find a suitable spot, but unfortunately, late bookings do not allow for much flexibility when it comes to pitch selection. We always recommend booking in advance for more options, especially if you're looking for a particular type of view. That said, the mobile home opposite your pitch is brand new and well maintained. While not all pitches offer open field views, we strive to ensure that all areas of the campsite remain clean, welcoming, and peaceful. Thank you again for your visit, and we hope to welcome you back in the future – perhaps with a little more advance notice so we can offer you the pitch that best suits your preferences! While we completely understand the idea and know how peaceful a morning swim can be, it would be quite difficult to implement specific adult/children time slots, especially as the pool is not supervised. We're not certain that everyone would respect those restrictions, which could create confusion or safety concerns.
