Situati in una zona molto ombreggiata, alla fine di un prato, praticamente non ci passava davanti nessuno! Servizi ottimi, pulitissimi. Personale molto accogliente e una piscina che ci ha dato momenti di divertimento puro!
Eravamo due camper e utilizzavamo la parte finale di una serie di piazzole, permettendoci di non avere persone che transitavano davanti a noi!

We had a lovely stay at Lez Eaux. I was last here in the 1970s as a child and was worried that it may have been spoilt. It is definitely bigger than back then but it has not lost its charm. Each campsite has a natural outlook and is grassy with hedges in between the camps. The toilets and showers are spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool area which is great for kids is just far enough away from the camp to make so as not to impact anyone who simply wishes to relax. There is also a bar and restaurant and a little shop for basics. Highly recommend this camp.

The campsite was everything we hoped it would be - pretty surroundings, lovely and clean, beautifully looked after. Our grandaughter loved the animals, the inflatables, the pool and the park. We enjoyed hiring the bikes. Our holiday home was very well appointed. All the staff were friendly and helpful
It was great to see that you are very keen to recycle foodwaste and reduce use of plastic bottles for water (we used the water fountain at the shop). However we could only buy big boxes of sugar and dishwashing tablets at the shop, more than we could possibly use in a week. They became rubbish, as we had to throw them away. Selling smaller amounts of this kind of product would also create less waste and improve your green credentials even more
The layout worked well. We liked sitting outside on the porch, being able to park our car next to the mobilehome, everything in the kitchen was in very good repair and very clean.
More teatowels would be good

Mobile home avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Une invasion de fourmies dans la cuisine mais le personnel est intervenu immédiatement.
Le matelas du lit d'appoint des personnes 5/6 est absolument inutilisable car beaucoup trop fin, on sent tous les ressorts et on se réveille avec un mal de dos. Vis à vis un peu proche sur cet emplacement (107).
Chère Madame, C'est une joie de lire que votre week-end au Château de Lez-Eaux fut une parenthèse relaxante. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez trouvé dans votre nid douillet estival tout le confort nécessaire pour vous déconnecter, et votre mention de la propreté du domaine nous fait plaisir. Vous avez constaté la réactivité de notre personnel et nous en sommes ravis, veiller à votre tranquillité est au cœur de notre métier. Nous avons bien noté votre observation sur le matelas du lit d'appoint et sur votre emplacement. The welcome at reception was the best experience we’ve had. Really friendly and helpful. The site layout is well designed. Great facility for families with young children.
The xl pitch we had was very uneven requiring a lot of leveling. In fact all the pitches in our section were very uneven and sloping. During our stay there were an extraordinary number of flies.

Prachtig gelegen. Prachtig terrein. Sanitair erg schoon. Het is gewoon een professionele camping. Personeel enorm vriendelijk.
Maak het witte sanitair gebouw een beetje vrolijker. Met wat leuke bloemen stikker bv.

Die Sanitäranlagen waren alle sehr sauber und gut. Sie sind nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten mal saniert werden. dies ist uns nur aufgefallen , wir hatten ein privatsanitär welches top war.

Wenn ich bereits alles beim buchen eingeben muss, wieso wir beim Check-in nochmals alles nachgefragt? Ich empfinde dies als schickane
Öffnungszeiten des Indoor pools vor dem 3. Juli sind inakzeptabel (10-12 und 15-18 Uhr)
Keine klima-anlage. Extrem viele fliegen in der Küche Seiten an, dass hier nie richtig geputzt wird

Dear Sir, Thank you for choosing our campsite for your break in Normandy. Check-in allows us to verify the details of your booking, and we take this opportunity to provide you with all the information you may need during your stay. It is also a time that our guests appreciate for asking questions and meeting our friendly staff for the first time. Regarding the indoor swimming pool, the opening hours you mention are those for the low season, when we cannot leave the slides unattended at midday. During July and August, the opening hours are extended: from 10.00 to 20.00, and until 22.00 on Wednesdays. Our outdoor pool area, however, remains open throughout the day. The recent heatwave has led to an increase in flies, and we are currently working to find a solution. I would like to make it clear that this has nothing to do with the standard of cleaning carried out by our meticulous teams. We hope that you nevertheless had a lovely time at our campsite near the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. We waren hier in 2017 en zagen dus nu het nieuwe buitenbad voor het eerst. Erg mooi en veel beter dan het badje van toen, dat nu een soort groente tuin is geworden.
We vinden de douches erg krap en je kunt nauwelijks met je rug naar de kraan staan. dat kan simpel verbeterd worden door de kop vd douche verder naar buiten te richten. wel fijn dat er een kraan is die je zelf kunt regelen. Ook de afvoer van de cabines met wasbak waren verstopt. Het water bleef in de bak staan en werd dus niet schoon. Eenvoudig te verhelpen.
Mooie plek met genoeg ruimte en schaduw. Haringen gaan makkelijk de grond in.
Er staan wel erg veel te grote caravans en campers op het terrein, waardoor je uitzicht belemmerd wordt.

The place was very well maintained as usual. We have stayed several years here. Staff very friendly
Flies need to be dealt with around the takeaway and shop. Food needs to be covered
Accommodation was nice - not the one we had a confirmation booking for but turned out grand
On arrival there were a lot of flies in it that we cleared ourselves.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Camping Château Les Eaux. Le cadre est magnifique, en pleine nature, avec une ambiance paisible qui permet de vraiment se ressourcer. Les équipements sont à la hauteur d’un camping 5 étoiles : tout est propre, bien entretenu et pensé pour offrir un excellent confort. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et souriant, ce qui contribue à rendre le séjour encore + agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que tout soit parfaitement adapté aux enfants, avec de nombreuses activités et infrastructures dédiées. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We stonden met onze tent aan de rand van de camping. Mooie ruime plek met vroj uitzicht.
