We did enjoy our stay in a beautiful setting and the pool was super. We endured the hottest day on record for June so very thankful for the pool. The food in the restaurant was good with excellent service. There were a few noisy campers but that's humans for you!!
One thing that we feel really is an issue is the toilet disposal area. It has no screening, there is nothing to prevent a child playing there! Also no brush to clean after use and no hose to rinse your cartridge. Its just outside the shower block but very close to the restaurant windows!!! Some fence panels placed around the area to build a cordon is all that is needed to improve health and safety there.

We hebben er maar 2 nachten gestaan toen het erg heet was. Dan is deze camping ideaal als je in de schaduw wilt staan.
Sanitair gebouw bij de oprijlaan is oud.
De sfeer rond het kasteel en de schaduw onder de prachtige bomen.
Dat het brood s-ochtends snel uitverkocht is. Bestellen is niet mogelijk.

L’ombre en cette période de canicule…la piscine…la propreté des lieux ……communs…l’accueil..la dégustation des vins une soirée au Château….

2 Tage auf der Durchreise waren viel zu kurz, wir werden wohl wiederkommen!
Gepflegter Platz, sehr freundlicher Empfang, ebene großzügige Stellplätze, die Schloss- und Parkanlage ein Traum, gutes Restaurant mit angemessenen Preisen, sauberes modernes Sanitär

Prachtig terrein, we stonden op een schaduwrijk veld, onder de appelbomen. De campingplaatsen zijn zeer ruim. Er is een heel fijn zwembad en een prima restaurant
De douches waren soms zo heet dat het onmogelijk was er onder te staan.
We hadden zelf een tent meegenomen

Er könnte für einen 4 Sterne Campingplatz noch etwas sauberer sein was die Waschräume angeht.

Clean facilities, quiet and peaceful
Hot water in shower was WAY TOO HOT !! during our stay, until the last couple of days. Maybe a problem was resolved??

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal auf der Durchreise im Castel Camping. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Die Anlage weitläufig und schön angelegt. Bayeux ist mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar.
Wir konnten uns einen Platz aussuchen, alle Plätze sind großzügig und schön gelegen.Die Sanitäranlagen sind ausreichend, sehr sauber und haben einen gehobenen Standard.

We stayed at the Chateau Montagny for two nights. It was beautiful in the orchard. Facilities were excellent and the food in the restaurant was very good. The epiciere had a range of great wine and beer along with other essentials.

Unclear on the pricing as it was not displayed or communicated what the actual breakdown was. Appeared to be overcharged for our stay. Both toilet blocks were unclean and not suitable for showering or toilet use which would put me off returning. Dirt on the wall of the showers, and toilets were filthy. Need to seriously consider the cleaning of the facilities as not up to a 4* rating. CAMC price cheaper than direct booking with the site. ACSI discount is not applied even though ACSI certified

Fantastisch camping! Groen, rustig en fijne plek. Goed onderhouden, mooie ruime groene plaatsen, in de tuinen van het chalet. Sanitair netjes en schoon. Vriendelijke mensen.
Broodjesservice is vanaf 9.00 en had voor ons iets vroeger gemogen.
Mooie ruime groene (gras) plaatsen. Leuk dat de campingplaatsen niet afgekaderd zijn met hagen. Genoeg keuze voor schaduwrijke of zonnige plek.
